4 Steps to Reserve Your New Home Without Leaving Your Current One


In response to the rising COVID-19 cases these past few days, cities and provinces around the country are imposing community quarantines and are advising residents to rather stay at home to prevent the coronavirus from spreading.

As much as we want to assist you in person for gallery viewings of our model houses in our sites, we have to prioritize everyone’s health and safety first. But that’s not a problem! Because here in Camella, we are not running out of ways for our clients and investors to check our house & lot properties and reserve their dream home!
  
Here are 4 steps you can follow to reserve a new home without leaving your current one:
 
  1. Select a house by viewing our gallery at www.camella.com.ph or by using the Camella AR3D app on your smartphone or tablet. You can download the application on the App Store for iOS users or Google Play for Android users.

  2. Fill out the online buyer’s information sheet online which will be provided to you by our digital sales representative from Camella. You can reach them by sending a message to these following official Facebook pages: 
  3. Marketing and Admin Officers from Camella will contact for Home Reservation Briefing. This is a pre-qualification telebriefing through video or phone call. This will take more or less 30 minutes depending on the circumstance. 
  4. After the Home Reservation Briefing, you may now proceed with the payment of the Reservation Fee. You may choose either Over-the-Counter Payments or Online Payments to bring convenience to your payment process.

Bohol online house reservations, online payment through Unionbank App is available:
·         Go to Pay Bills > Select Biller
·         Enter Buyers Name, Property Details, Sales Order Number then Input Amount
·         Review Payment Details & Submit
·         Wait for your confirmation


For Palawan online house reservations, payment through BDO Mobile App can be made:
*Log in to your BDO Mobile Banking app via your smartphone or tablet
·       Click Enrollment Services > Enroll Company/Biller (Household development corporation)
·         Fill out Enrollment Details
·         Once enrolled, go to Pay Bills > Enrolled Billers
·         Fill out Payment Details and click Continue




For other areas such as Bacolod and Iloilo, clients can pay through PesoPay.com. The buyer will provide his/her Complete Name, Contact Number, and Email Address to our digital sales representative through our official Facebook pages, and a link will be sent through email to confirm and proceed with his/her payment.
