Both models are a two-bedroom home with a dining area, kitchen, living area, and toilet/bath. The difference is that Criselle has a floor area of 40 square meters while Ezabelle has a floor area of 46 square meters.

Though they look like box-type homes on the outsides intended to save unnecessary cost on the buyers, they have elegant modern interior designs.

Camella Bacolod South is the second project of Vista Land in Bacolod City after Camella Bacolod in Barangay Mandalagan on the northern side of the booming city.

Camella Bacolod, which was started in 2008 on a 44-hectare land on GM Cordova Ave (Buri Road) on the way to the Bacolod-Silay Aiport in Silay City, has already been sold out, a testament of homebuyers’ preference for Vista Land’s quality but affordable homes.

With a promising future for families who want to live far from the fast-pacing life in the city, Camella Bacolod South sprawls on a current 23-hectare land about one-and-half kilometers from the intersection of Alijis and Circumferential roads in Barangay Tangub.

Construction for Criselle and Ezabelle is now in full swing, along with other models of Lessandra series and high-end models of Camella Homes, to cater the continued demand for more affordable houses for Filipino families.

Camella Bacolod South will have amenities like swimming pools, basketball courts, playgrounds, and a clubhouse to make life more pleasant for its residents.

The site is about 15 minutes travel by car from downtown Bacolod also called the City of Smiles, and is a short distance from schools, hospitals, malls, and government offices.

It’s Time To Give Back

Our parents have always been our pillars of strength ever since we were born. They have always showed their support through our ups and downs. Some children grew up with their parents close to their side, while others were raised with their parents far away from home in order to work and provide for their family’s basic needs. But whether they are physically near or far from us, we know that they will always be close to our hearts. This coming Sunday, June 16, we celebrate and pay tribute to our loving and persevering fathers. They have always worked tirelessly day after day to give what’s best for their family. The sacrifices they do to keep us safe, secure, and happy are irreplaceable. And now that Father’s Day is fast approaching, it’s time for us, their children, to give back and repay their hard work. We might be thinking of bringing them to a nice restaurant or buying them a polo shirt of their favorite brand. But are you thinking what we’re thinking? Gifting our...

Play some mellow music When is the best time to enjoy some slow and sentimental music from your favorite artists? You guess it right, it is when it’s raining! With the right mix of the pitter patters sound of the rain, it could be a perfect backdrop to add to the sentimental vibe of the mellow music you are playing. Enjoy some warm and good food There’s nothing more satisfying than drinking a hot chocolate, coffee, or tea during the rainy season. Drinking something warm is a good way to heat up your body when you...

Top 5 reasons why you should invest in Camella now

Still undecided to buy a house and lot in Camella? Well, here are the top 5 reasons (among many others) why you should invest in Camella. We are located all over the Philippines and also providing homes all over Visayas and Palawan: Safety & Security Round-the-Clock Many of us feel a little fidgety when we walk alone on dark streets at night. We fear that snatchers might be waiting for their next victim at one corner of the neighborhood. Worse is for women who might get harassed by bully neighbors who can behave this way when they know that no one is watching them. In a Camella subdivision, however, residents are secured with high perimeter fences, surveillance cameras, and security guards. Every Camella subdivision has guarded gates with CCTV (closed-circuit television) to monitor people entering the vicinity. CCTVs are also installed around the community. Aside from that, subdivision security guards take turns to rove around the area 24/7. Photo: A security gua...
